About PT Hoki Group:

HOKI GROUP from 2014 until now (2019) has successfully developed 22 strategic housing projects located in Sleman Regency and Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. HOKI GROUP not only builds housing but also develops regional and main roads, and has diversified businesses, such as owning a business in the field of Building Material Store (TB.Hoki Jaya) and Starting a Highway Development Project for the Government.

Conclusion:

PT Hoki Group recorded a very significant increase in sales in the last 3 years. Thanks to the brilliant performance of the Sales and Marketing team with the right target market which is targeting customers with a minimal budget, affordable by the majority of Yogyakarta residents, and products that are in line with the target market which is the region housing in the suburbs of Yogyakarta. PT Hoki Group has a Solid Sales & Marketing team, they collect a customer database from various exhibitions and events and conduct intensive follow-up. Follow up is usually done no more than 3x and there has been a decision from prospective customers to make a purchase or not. Unfortunately, currently PT Hoki Group does not have a customer database system, customer data is held by each Sales and currently top management is still fulfilled by providing existing data. However, top management feels the customer database system is very important to increase transparency and analyze company performance.
